We want you to feel confident ordering from NyromiHair. Every order is carefully inspected by hand before it is packed and dispatched, so your hair arrives fresh, secure and ready to wear.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Simply email customerservice@nyromihair.com and our team will guide you through the process.

If your return meets our conditions, you will receive a full refund. No restocking fees, no partial refunds, no deductions.

Because human hair is hygiene-sensitive, returned items must be:

  • Unwashed and untreated, with no shampoo, conditioner or styling products applied
  • Unaltered, meaning the hair has not been cut, coloured, bleached or styled
  • Returned in the original packaging with all security tags still attached

These conditions allow us to guarantee that every customer receives completely new, unworn hair.

Return postage is covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and process your full refund within 7 days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping

UK delivery: Free tracked shipping
International delivery: $18 tracked shipping

Orders are processed promptly and are usually dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

In-stock hair: Usually delivered within 1 to 7 working days
Custom colour: Please allow 7 to 14 working days, as each set is coloured to order
Wigs and pre-order items: We will confirm the expected timeline when your order is placed
