Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. Refunds will not be issued for abandoned shipments. A refund will be processed only if the order was mistakenly sent to the wrong address by us and is returned to us. We will initiate the return process once we have received the parcel.

* Shipping: Use a reliable courier with tracking and confirmation. Tracking the package is crucial as we are not liable for lost items.

* Receipt and Inspection: Upon receiving the package, Nyromi Hair will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, we will proceed with your refund.

* Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Q: How many bundles of hair do I need?
A: The number of hair bundles you’ll need depends how full you like your hair & what lengths you want to go for. Typically 3 bundles are sufficient for a full head install; however, for anything over 26 inches we recommend 4 bundles+

Q: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A: Of course! Our hair is 100% Raw Indian hair meaning it can lift to a light blonde (613). While you can bleach the hair, we suggest letting professional hairdressers handle colouring services for the healthiest results and to preserve the quality of the hair. It is important to follow up bleaching with a deep conditioning treatment to ensure your raw hair remains healthy and nourished.

Q: How long will the hair last?
A: We dedicate ourselves to ensuring that we provide you with long-lasting, beautiful hair that you can re-use over and over again – without losing its beauty & quality. Our raw hair lasts 5 years+ with proper care . Please note – this hair is high maintenance and requires tlc.

Q: Why choose NyromiHair over cheaper alternatives or AliExpress hair?
A: Cheaper options might catch your eye initially, but they usually compromise on quality. Cheap hair is ‘virgin’ meaning its been processed with chemicals, synthetic fibres and fillers. Raw is the complete opposite – it is unprocessed, with no chemical processing, synthetic hairs or fillers. It can be re-used over and over again without losing its quality.

Q: How do I wash my hair extensions?
A: Before wetting, gently brush extensions from bottom to top to remove tangles. Using lukewarm water, carefully & slowly wet hair with water & a sulfate-free shampoo, moving in a downward motion. Rinse thoroughly and condition. To keep hair hydrated and nourished, apply a leave-in conditioner and leave to air dry  completely before brushing again. When rinsing out conditioner or washing your hair, make sure the water is flowing in a downward direction as you don’t want to cause any unnecessary knots. With proper care and maintenance, the hair will remain soft and manageable.

Q: How often should I wash my hair extensions?
A:Raw hair needs to be treated like it’s your own, as it’s unprocessed donor hair. It’s high maintenance, so wash and condition it 1-2 times a week, depending on product build-up.

We recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo to keep your hair extensions well-hydrated. Our top picks are Tresemme, Garnier Fructis & John Frieda.

Q: How should I comb the hair extensions?
A: Always use a wide-tooth comb or a brush like the Tangle Teezer, starting from the tips and working your way up to the roots to detangle gently.

Q: What is the best lace glue/adhesive/spray to use?
A: When it comes to laying your lace, what works for one person may not work for another. We suggest reputable brands like Bold Hold, Erika J, Ebin New York, and ORS. Be sure to purchase from authorised, reputable sellers to avoid counterfeit/fake products.

Q: Can I sleep or shower with my hair extensions?
A: Use a silk scarf or bonnet while sleeping to prevent tangling. Wear a shower cap when showering. By following these simple steps, you can ensure your hair stays smooth and manageable. Please avoid swimming with your hair to avoid chlorine water damage.

Q: Do I need to wash my hair extensions before installation?
A: This is totally up to you and based on what makes you feel comfortable. It’s not necessary as our hair extensions are prepped for installation. If you’d like, you can co-wash them using conditioner only and then allow them to air dry.
